WARRANTY ACTIVATION

Terms & Conditions for Activation:

  1. ·  Warranty Activation Mandatory: Only scopes with a successfully activated warranty will be eligible for warranty coverage.  Unactivated scopes will not be covered under any circumstances.

  2. ·  Activation Timeline: Warranty must be activated within 7 days of receipt of the scope by the doctor .In all cases, warranty activation must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date.

  3. ·  Warranty Period: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation.

  4. ·  Transferable Warranty: The warranty on the scope is transferable from the original purchaser to another doctor or institution, provided the product remains within the original warranty period and has a valid serial number.

  5. ·  Scope of Warranty: Warranty covers manufacturing defects related to: Optical performance, Image clarity issues due to internal defects, Manufacturing-related assembly or sealing defects

  6. ·  Defect Reporting Timeline: Any defect or abnormality must be reported within 15 days of use, along with clear image and video proof, shared via WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.

  7. ·  Inspection & Verification: Scopes reported under manufacturing defect will be inspected within 7 working days of receipt at the service center. Warranty approval is subject to inspection by the manufacturer’s technical team.

  8. ·  Standby Scope Provision: In confirmed cases of manufacturing defects, a standby scope will be provided while the exchange or repair process is being completed, subject to availability.

  9. ·  Repair or Replacement: The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the scope at its discretion. Replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period.

  10. ·  Exclusions: Warranty does not cover: Physical damage due to mishandling, drops, or impact, Damage caused by misuse or unintended application, Normal wear and tear, Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering, Altered or removed serial numbers and registered trademark logo.

  11. ·  Transportation & Handling: Damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling or storage is not covered under warranty.

  12. ·  Documentation Requirement: A valid invoice and serial number are mandatory for warranty activation and claims.

  13. ·  Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of procedures or downtime.
